Material Submission and Quotation:

   - The client submits the following information: model scope size, dimensions, and scale; final design drawings; project renderings; delivery and installation location; expected completion date; and desired model details and style (can refer to company website cases).
   - SZT model provides a detailed quotation and production recommendations within 48 hours of receiving the materials.

Quotation Confirmation and Contract Signing:

   - After the client confirms the quotation, both parties sign a production contract.
   - The contract specifies the production details, delivery time, payment method, and other terms.

Model Design and Production:

   - The model is designed based on the client's design drawings and requirements. 
   - It combines handcraft skills and technical details (such as lighting effects, mechanical lifting devices).
   - During the production process, communication with the client is maintained to ensure the model meets their expectations.

Production Progress Tracking:

   - SZT model provides production progress reports to keep the client informed.
   - The production progress can be accelerated to meet urgent needs, as per the client's request.

Model Completion and Acceptance:

   - After the model production is completed, an internal quality inspection is conducted.
   - The client is invited to perform on-site acceptance or provide remote acceptance through photos and videos.
   - Necessary adjustments and optimizations are made based on the client's feedback.

Transportation and Installation:

   - SZT model provides professional model transportation services to ensure safe delivery.
   - The model is installed at the specified location, and post-installation debugging services are provided.

After-Sales Service:

   - The best storage/display solution is provided to extend the model's life cycle.
   - If the client requires post-production customization, modification, or upgrade, corresponding services and quotations are provided.
